Returns & Refunds

  • Are shipping costs covered? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For defective items, we provide a prepaid return label.

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 1 business days from our US fulfillment center. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Can I ship to a PO Box? Yes, we ship to PO Boxes within the US. Please ensure your address is correctly entered at checkout.
