1-Year Limited Warranty

All OMNU products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your OMNU product proves to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair it, replace it, or offer an equivalent store credit.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from:

  • OMNU official website (omnulife.com)
  • Authorized marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart, through OMNU’s official storefronts

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in fabric, electronic components, stitching, or battery systems
  • Malfunctions not caused by user error, misuse, or improper storage
  • Performance degradation under normal use, including charging or sound functionality issues

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, spills, or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications or attempted repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic issues, fabric fading, or minor scuffs)
  • Issues caused by use not aligned with product instructions
  • Damage resulting from improper charging or exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture

Please note: Warranty coverage is void if the product is used with unauthorized accessories or modified in any way.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate your proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
  2. Take clear photos or videos showing the issue if possible.
  3. Contact us at support@omnulife.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number].

Our customer support team will respond within 1 business day to guide you through the next steps.

 

Replacement or Repair

If the product is deemed eligible under warranty:

  • We will ship a replacement free of charge, or
  • Offer a repair where applicable, or
  • Provide a store credit or refund if no replacement is available

We may require return of the defective item before issuing a replacement.

 

Additional Notes

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Products replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the replacement date—whichever is longer.
