• What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Contact support@omnulife.com to initiate a return and receive a return label. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
• Are shipping costs covered? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For defective items, we provide a prepaid return label.
• How do I return an item? Email support@omnulife.com with your order number and reason for returns. We'll send instructions and a return label if applicable. Pack the item securely and ship it within 30 days.
