OMNU BRAND & Products
OMNU and its company Stage One Brands Limited own 100% of products that we sell. The company is responsible for the whole process from initiating product concepts, creating industrial design, making prototypes, developing product specifications, vetting manufacturers and components, conducting incoming and outgoing inspections, shipping from factories to our warehouse in California to managing the whole customer experience.

FACTORY VETTING
Factories need to go through our factory audit before they officially start manufacturing for OMNU branded products. Factory audit mainly focus on having proper testing equipment for incoming and outgoing inspections. This is to ensure that factory has the ability to use only qualified and authentic components. Also interviews with their employees are conducted to ensure they know how to properly use these machines and the purposes of these machines. Documentations will be exam as well to ensure proper processes are followed.
INSPECTION PROCESS
Our certified factories will need to conduct incoming inspections when our designated components arrive their factories. Only components that pass our inspection standard, including authenticity, will be shipped to assembly lines, while substandard components will be returned to suppliers or destroyed on spot according to vendor agreement.
Every product, before packaging, will be inspected for their appearance in details, such as sewing quality and logo placement and their functionalities such as Bluetooth connection and volume control.
Reliability tests will be performed but not limited to:
- Bare unit drop test (100cm)
- Packaging unit drop test (100cm)
- Battery life (10 hours play time)
- Battery charging speed (2hours to 90%)
- USB pulling/inserting test (180 times)
- Speaker wire pulling test (48 times)
- Wash test (30 mins soak and 3 mins wash)
